Hello, my problem is, that I'm always very tired during the day. I get enough sleep - in fact I go to bed at 10 pm and get up a 6.30 am. That's more than 8 hours of very tight sleep. Can melatonin help me with my tiredness? Thanks for your advise. Users: cam ( 29/08/2011)

Hello, I am 28 years old and work as a nurse in the emergency room in shifts. One week I work the early shift, then day shift and then one week the night shift. Therefore, I sleep pretty irregular. Some days only one hour and other days the whole day. When I work at night, I can hardly sleep in the morning and always only doze off and wake up again.
