my problem is, that I'm always very tired during the day. I get enough sleep - in fact I go to bed at 10 pm and get up a 6.30 am. That's more than 8 hours of very tight sleep. Can melatonin help me with my tiredness?
Thanks for your advise.

Hello cam,
tiredness is a big problem for people who actually sleep enough. Have you ever considered that you suffer from hypersomnia?
Melatonin regulates the sleep and can be useful for people suffering from hypersomnia. However, if your symptoms persist you should talk to your physician.
Take one tablet of melatonin right before going to bed and try it over a period of 2-3 weeks. If you don't feel better, get in touch with you MD.
