Hello, a question: I'm going to New York soon. Do I have to take the melatonin at certain times to avoid the jet-lag? I've read something about it ... But I do not know exactly how this works. Best, Robby User: Robbie |

Hi Robbie, take the melatonin always at local time. Let's say you normally go to bed by 23 clock. Then, take a melatonin at 22.40 clock. Arrived in New York, take it at the local time clock at 22.40. Start at best a week before the trip. You will soon get used to the time change. Best regards, User: KeyMelatonin.com |
