You can use melatonin against sleep problems that often occur with polymyalgia. I didn't find scientific evidence for curing polymyalgia with melatonin. Though there are hints that melatonin can be effective in autoimmune deseases. You should definately talk to your doctor about melatonin before taking it with your condition.
